Learn to make your own sourdough bread/ focaccia/ pizza bases and rolls all with only 3 ingredients.
9-9.30am: meet and greet about what we will cover.
9.30-10am: make up our dough and cook a focaccia on a gas stove.
10-10.30am: turn dough, go through starter care and what discard is, and what else you can use starter for.
10.30-11am: turn dough and harvest herbs and greens from the garden for lunch. Cook some rolls.
11-11.30: turn dough last time, any questions and get ready for eating
11.30am-12.30pm: eat/chat.
