Animal greens bagged for your convenience and prolonged freshness. Depending on seasonality, the typical mix includes mizuna, tatsoi, lettuces, beetroot, rocket, kale, spinach and endive. Fantastic for your pet guinea pigs, rabbits, birds and other greens loving animals. Note these are unwashed greens suitable for animal food.

Organic ginger grown in a no till bed and spring-fed irrigated. Washed, peeled, finely sliced and pickled for your convenience in rice wine vinegar. Can be stored for many months in a refrigerator. Have as an accompaniment with sushi or noodles and fish. Approximately 100g.

Lemon Balm

Grown on permaculture swales, irrigated naturally and hand picked to order. Use fresh in herbal teas or use in place of lemon in cream dishes. Also great dried and powdered for a fresh lemon taste in baked goods. We love to use our lemon myrtle in our homemade Kombucha.

Lemon Myrtle Leaves

Lemongrass

Heirloom variety, grown from cuttings, spring-fed irrigated in a no till bed and hand picked to order. A traditional Thai, Malaysian and Vietnamese flavouring. Leaves have a hot, pungent flavour and can be used as a coriander substitute.

Mint - Vietnamese

Heirloom variety grown from seed, spring-fed irrigated in a permanent no till bed. Currently early harvest which means they are picked fresh and not cured. Large bunch.

Onions - Brown

Grown from cuttings, spring-fed irrigated in a no till bed and hand picked to order.

Oregano - Greek

Made with either copper or aluminium tubing and a single terminated quartz crystal coiled with copper wire and embedded in orgonite. We also recommend soaking green pine needles in olive oil for a few days to make a fragrant dressing that can be drizzled over salads, vegetables or grains and beans.
